Information on this site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Information, including product pricing and availability, may be changed or updated without notice. Society of the Arts (SOTA) and its subsidiaries reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders in its discretion, including, without limitation, if SOTA believes that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of SOTA and its subsidiaries.

Privacy Policy

SOTA takes privacy very seriously and know that security is very important to our members and customers. We never pass credit card numbers by email or unsecured in any way, and we never store or save un-encrypted data. Your email address will only be used for correspondence with you from SOTA and will not be provided to, or shared with any other service or business. SOTA does not save credit card information. and will not be provided to, or shared with any other service or business. SOTA shopping cart is secured by GoDaddy SSL to protect our customers information when they make payments through our online store.

SOTA use of personal information that you may submit to SOTA  through this Web site is governed by the Privacy Policy.

Return Policy

Any concerns about products should be written immediately to info@sotapa.org. If your order hasn’t been shipped out yet, we can cancel the order and issue you a refund. We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it for a refund, please contact info@sotapa.org or a SOTA member involved with the event. You may request a refund, credit or replacement, under the following conditions:
 
  • The item being returned must be in its original packaging, if any.
  • The refund request must be received by SOTA at least 24 hours before the event begins.

Mediterranean Basil Salt reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice.
 

Miscellaneous

VOID WHERE PROHIBITED: Although the information on this Web site is accessible worldwide, not all products or services discussed in this Web site are available to all persons or in all geographic locations or jurisdictions. SOTA and the advertisers each reserve the right to limit the provision of their products or services to any person, geographic area, or jurisdiction they so desire and to limit the quantities of any products or services that they provide. Any offer for any product or service made in the materials on this Web site is void where prohibited.

GOVERNING LAW: In the event of litigation both parties agree that the Law of the State of business registration of SOTA shall apply and both parties shall consent to the jurisdiction of said State's courts, or in the event of diversity of citizenship, the United States District Court for the (District). Both parties expressly waive a trial by jury.

MISCELLANEOUS: The Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and SOTA with respect to this Web site. The Terms and Conditions supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written between you and SOTA  with respect to this Web site. No modification of the Terms and Conditions shall be effective unless it is authorized by SOTA. If any provision of the Terms and Conditions is found to be contrary to law, then such provision(s) shall be constructed in a manner to closely reflect, as much as possible, the intentions of the parties, with the other provisions remaining in full force and effect.
